The Best Drives in Los Angeles for an Exotic Car

Coast, canyons and the city at night.

Los Angeles has some of the most famous driving roads in the country, many of them within an hour of the city. These are the ones our clients come back to. Drive within the law and the limits; the best views come at a relaxed pace.

Pacific Coast Highway to Malibu

The classic. Head north from Santa Monica on the Pacific Coast Highway with the ocean on your left, through Malibu toward Point Dume and beyond. A convertible is made for it. Go early on weekends to beat the traffic.

Mulholland Drive

Mulholland winds along the ridge of the Santa Monica Mountains with views over the city on one side and the Valley on the other. It has some of the best city views in Los Angeles, especially around sunset.

Angeles Crest Highway

Starting just above La Cañada Flintridge, near our Glendale base, Angeles Crest Highway climbs into the San Gabriel Mountains with long sweeping curves and big views. Check road conditions before you go, especially in winter.

Sunset Boulevard and the Sunset Strip

From Beverly Hills through West Hollywood, Sunset is the drive to be seen on, best at golden hour or late in the evening on the way to dinner.

Rodeo Drive at night

A slow lap of Rodeo Drive and the streets of Beverly Hills after dark, when the storefronts are lit up, is a short drive that photographs beautifully.

Palos Verdes Drive

South of the beach cities, Palos Verdes Drive follows the cliffs above the ocean: quieter than the PCH, with some of the best sunset views in the county.
