This page explains what information Exotic Experiences (“we”) collects when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’re based in Glendale, California.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, phone number, email, dates, the car or stay you’re interested in, where to deliver, and anything you write in a message or request.
- What we need to book a rental. Your driver’s license, your insurance declarations page, and the details needed for your refundable deposit and payment.
- Calls and texts. When you call or text us, our phone provider keeps a record of the conversation. Calls may be recorded, and you’ll hear a notice at the start of the call when they are.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site securely, protect it from abuse and measure performance.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, check availability and send your quote
- To confirm you meet the rental requirements, including your license and insurance
- To arrange delivery, place and release your refundable deposit, and take payment
- To prevent fraud and keep our cars, clients and business safe
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run your rental, such as our phone, email, hosting and payment providers, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and property, for example after an accident, a theft or an unpaid balance. We do not sell your personal information.
Texts and marketing
If you text us, we’ll reply about your request. We’ll only send marketing messages, such as new arrivals or offers, if you’ve agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
Analytics and advertising
At the time of writing, this website doesn’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add tools such as Meta, TikTok or Google measurement tags to understand visits and show our ads, we’ll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep rental records for as long as we need them for the rental, our legal and tax obligations, and to handle any claims. Inquiries that don’t turn into a rental are deleted when we no longer need them.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we’re required to keep. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit who can see your documents and use them only for your rental. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so please don’t send anything more than we ask for.
Children
Our services are for adults. Renters must be 18 or older, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
